We build this chart from our own rate_log — every time a user queries a rate on the /compare page, the response gets recorded with timestamp and this exchange's rate at that moment. The graph fills as data accumulates. Reasons it might be empty:
  • Nobody has queried this pair on this exchange yet (rare/long-tail pair)
  • This exchange does not support the selected pair
  • This exchange API is failing for this pair
  • The site is too new and history has not accumulated yet
Try a more popular pair (BTC→XMR, USDT→BTC) or click here to seed the data by querying it now.

About Swapuz

Swapuz is an instant-swap aggregator that launched around 2019, routing trades across multiple liquidity providers and centralized exchanges to surface a single quote per pair. It operates without account registration or KYC for standard swaps, positioning itself in the same category as ChangeNOW, SimpleSwap, and FixedFloat rather than running its own order book.

How Swapuz works

Swapuz is a custodial aggregator. When you initiate a swap, the platform locks a quote (fixed rate) or a floating rate, generates a deposit address, and you send funds there. The address is controlled by Swapuz or one of its backend providers, not by you. Once your deposit reaches the required confirmations on the source chain, Swapuz routes the order through whichever partner offers the working rate at that moment, then pushes the output to your payout address. Fixed-rate orders typically have a short window (15-20 minutes) to receive your deposit before the quote expires and the order falls back to a float. Refunds in the case of expired quotes, underpayments, or wrong-network deposits are handled case-by-case through support, with a refund address requested up front for most flows.

What to know before swapping

  • It is custodial during the swap window - your coins briefly sit with Swapuz or its routing partner. Treat it like any other hot-wallet service: do not park funds there.
  • Provide a refund address every time. Without one, recovering a failed or underpaid swap becomes slow and uncertain.
  • Floating rates can drift significantly between quote and execution; fixed rates carry a wider spread in exchange for certainty. Pick deliberately.
  • Network selection is the single biggest source of lost funds - confirm USDT chain (TRC20 vs ERC20 vs BEP20) and any L2 vs L1 distinctions before sending.
  • While there is no KYC at signup, aggregators can escalate verification on flagged deposits (sanctioned addresses, mixer outputs, very large orders). This is a feature of the underlying liquidity sources, not Swapuz policy alone.
  • Support is ticket-based; response times vary, and complex cases involving partner exchanges can take days.

Common use cases

Swapuz fits users who want a single interface to compare rates across multiple backends without opening accounts on each. Typical flows include moving BTC to XMR for privacy consolidation, converting USDT to XMR to exit a stablecoin position without exchange exposure, and routine BTC to ETH rebalancing between two long-term holdings. The aggregator model is most useful for less liquid pairs where one provider's quote may be substantially better than another's; for top-tier majors, the rate spread between Swapuz and direct competitors is usually narrow.

Privacy considerations

No KYC is not the same as anonymous. Swapuz still observes your IP, browser fingerprint, deposit address, and payout address - and so does each backend partner that fills your order. Chain analytics can link the deposit and payout sides of any swap. If privacy is the goal, access the site over Tor or a trusted VPN, use fresh addresses on both ends, and consider XMR as an intermediate hop rather than relying on the swap itself to break the chain.
